There have already been several moves of late. The schools in this conference are at an extreme disadvantage to keep top assistants around given how much money the P5 schools have. As we know Hank Hughes went to Nebraska, but our conference mates all seem to be having problems. UCF lost 2 defensive coaches (another one is rumored to be leaving as well) and Houston jost lost their DC to Texas Tech. I am sure there may be some other examples I haven't cited.
I'm sure it will continue to be a problem.
I can't blame them. Money is important.

Well the Houston coach was probably about to be out of a job.
This is a place where you will see the financial crunch really hurt quickly. Coaching salaries are going to go through the roof.

Love the game program in your sig...awesome
Our DC left for Missouri DC position. It was expected since he played ball there in college. We promoted our CB/Co-Defensive Coordinator Galen Scott. Him and Fuente coached together at Illinois State. We need a LB coach.

I don't think so. Tom Herman might have his own staff in mind but he was not going to axe a guy who is considered an up and coming coach and a very good recruiter in the state of Texas.

That pretty speculative. Hard to say a school lost its DC when he wasn't even guaranteed a spot. It's pretty rare that ppl stay over.
