He hasn't got a great shooter on his team, and rarely does. He hardly every has a big that is taller than 6'2", but always has some girls who can run his offense and ply defense. What does he do? He just keeps on winning. Even when he has a bad year, it's pretty good.
He has a bunch of tough young ladies, and he gets them prepared in practice, and then lets them carry out the game plan. I love this new point guard, Alexius Dawn. She's as quick a hic-cup, and can handle that ball. Makes great passes. She may be as good a point as I've seen here.
