Who will win, the Sun Devils or Blue Devils?

I am rooting for Duke in this one. I love the way their coach has turned the football around at a place where it just didn't seem possible. And I felt for Duke after they lost that heartbreaker Peach Bowl to TAMU last year. Duke hasn't won a bowl game since 1961!

Still, hard to pick against an Arizona State team that looks a lot stronger on paper.

Sun Devils 31
Blue Devils 17

Cutcliffe stated goal is to make Duke into the East Coast Version of current day Stanford..well on his way...
Interesting Bowl Matchup!

Got to Go with the Devils of the Sun rather than the Devils of the Blue
ASU up 10-0 early.
20-17 at halftime. Pucker factor increasing for ASU.
Duke hanging tough
ASU scored, then Duke drove inside the 10 to answer... but fumbled!
Sun Devils 27, Blue Devils 17
Duke is bamboozling ASU, now leads 31-30.
Duke loses another heartbreaker, 36-31
ASU is simply the better team. I can tell you from first hand experience that ASU hasn't been getting all that much local support going into this game in El Paso. It is pretty hard to get excited, from the fan perspective, when ASU was so close to greatness but then fell apart at the end. Their youthfulness showed in the end. They were beaten by the weather and by a wise old coach that saw how predictable ASU was with Kelly taking the snaps.

That game right there shows me that Riley will be just fine at Nebraska.
