UConn got some good ones, including a 4.42 corner out of Mass who was recruited by BCU and UNC (offered by both late!) up until TODAY-and faxed his LOI in late. Hey, it is in.

We beat around 1/2 of the players we recieved offer for offer from at least one other BCS school...Jarrell Miller and CJ Marck will be serious freaks in this league.

We may have some actual speed on defense next year. Not USC speed, but BCS level speed. God we were slow in 2006.

Scout ranks 'em like this:

Pitt, WVU, Rutgers, SU, USF (finally!), and UL all finishd in the top 50 recruiting. UConn was placed 55th. Cincy was placed tied for 78th-stupid considering most of thir players had other offers. Guess that's the punishment for not having a rival$ or Scout board.

Miami Oh was also ridiculously underrated. The Bell will be a good one.
Late addition to WVUs class...choose the Mountaineer over Miami late yesterday...looks like WVU is going to place him in a "friendly prep school"

All of Cuse's players have signed--no surprises

3 star Jovan Miller was not offered a scholie--long story. He might play Lacrosse for the Cuse though.

Looks like a pretty good class, which is good considering this will be a make or break year for Robinson...what's the story on Miller?

Basically the kid was offered a scholie a long time ago--failed to reply to the coaches repeated attempts to communicate with them. They pulled the offer. Out of the blue he commits on either rivals or scout without informing them. There was no scholie by then. He is a gifted Lacrosse player--he might play Lax as a Frosh for SU. Maybe he'll get a FB scholie next year--not sure right now if he is coming to SU.
