When Cruz tried to stall the legislation he got crushed 74-22. Mitch McConnel and majority whip John Cornyn where among those not just against Cruz but openly drumming up more opposition within the GOP.

There is the record. I am shocked that Portman didn't vote with Reid and McConnell. The rest are pretty much what I would have expected. This is also why Vitter didn't lose his seat despite his personal transgressions. Hard to throw out someone that votes correctly almost every time.
