I know this will end up on the smack board, but how can someone claim they are being awarded a research grant without ever asking for the money or even talking with the "donor". Sounds like Nancy got the last train out of Berlin. Sadly, she ended up at UC.

I would say it's a triumph of style over substance, but I don't think she has any style, either!!! ;-)
