Don't we have a game today? Not much talk about it. After more than a week off for finals, how does everyone think we will do?

I think we will blow their doors off. (At least I hope so.)
2pm tip on a Sunday will probably mean a small crowd. I hope I'm wrong.
Hopefully we will get our first look at highly regarded Mr. Douglass today. I am really looking forward to seeing him play.

As for the game, I'm thinking something like 74-61. We might be a little sluggish at first.
Yeah. We'll be nervous about the 1/2 time score probably but pull away in the 2nd half.

Douglas has been practicing with the blue team (non scout) from what I've hesrd. So I expect him to play
We are playing one of the worst teams in the country. We are going to run them out of the gym either way.

Dead last in RPI. We better get it done big time!
That's what the girls said
If we lose this game, if we have any chance at an at-large bid, it'd be gone.Even winning a close one is eh. I don't mean like running up the score, but we need to win by a lot.
70-50 Monarchs. Look for Ross to have a dunk or two on ESPN tomorrow.
Taking son looking for a convincing win.
Good coaching is getting the players excited about a game against lower talent as much as it is preparing them for tougher talent.

Today is a good test for JJ
Great start so far!

Ross with some great dunks and I really liked what I saw from Douglass.

I think he will absolutely contribute this year as a scoring guard off the bench. He also seems long and should be able to match up defensively with bigger guards/small forwards on teams like la tech and utep.

Very encouraging!
Very solid first half, being we've been off for 11 days. 3 point shooting is off, but would expect based on layoff. We are winning the boards 24-11 and only had 1 turnover. As I said, solid.
Go Monarchs!
How did Douglas look?

He looks very athletic and can score around the basket. Great explosion to the hoop from the wing. I think he will provide some very good minutes in tough games.
RPI instantly falls to 25..

I guess he passed...with honors.
Really glad to see Deion Clark get play time in the second half. Nice game for 11 minutes: 3 of 4 from the field, 2 of 3 from free throw line, 8 points. Truly think he is very talented and want him to work his way back into serious minutes.
Nice solid win. Let's go get Ga State.
