Pitt head coach to leave for Wisconsin.

Granted, Chryst will still coach for their bowl game against Houston. While that doesn't exactly even the playing field, it sure is a distraction for their staff and their team.

Houston can send him off with a loss 05-mafia
Poor Pitt can't keep a coach. They have hired 5 new coaches in the past decade. Maybe more. Before long people are gonna start wearing "It's not so bad, we could always be Pitt" shirts.
Was it Pitt that a coach for a week before he was fired for being in a domestic dispute?

Yes. I think it was Mike Haywood who was @ Miami University before going to Pitt. They should have stuck with Wannstedt.

They should go after Bo Pelini...Youngstown, Ohio native and would do very well at Pitt...if not him Pat Narduzzi...07-coffee3

Both would be great ideas Maize. Question is, how long would either stay?

I doubt Narduzzi would go...he doesn't strike me as a guy who would go somewhere where you'll struggle to go .500 every year. He's probably waiting for a bigger gig or he's staying with Dantonio.

Didn't really think of Pelini, but that is a really good landing spot for him. I'm sure the off-campus stadium plays into a lot of coaches not liking their time there.

I'm waiting for someone to say that even if Tony Levine was here, UH would still be head coach-less.
