I think he was underrated in pocket presence and mobility.
That list is terrible. Some of those guys are not better than Heinicke.
And Coonor Cook at 11 is crazy low, he may end up a first rounder.
Shane Carden at 7? Crazy NFL teams are going to be scared off by his hitch and lack of arm strength
Bryce Petty too low
If Cook is drafted below Carden, I will eat my hat.

He is not a very highly thought of pro prospect.
I believe Cato is considered to small and his mechanics are considered too shaky to be considered a real nfl prospect.

Cato has a laser but is pure raw talent and not enough technique. He would require a lot of work.
