Best way to get into the Big 12 is to get the Longhorn network on the local cable carriage. If I were BYU administration, I would be paying the local cable companies to carry it in Provo. ;-)

All that BYU's administration has to do, IMHO, is act like they really, really want to get into the Big XII. Set no conditions, and go public soon!
