Anyone else going?
While this isn't a "must win" game...I'd like to see our team and coaches play tonight like it is--as close to 40 minutes of focus and hard work as we can possibly get out of each member of the team and staff. I'm a little concerned about the fact that CSU is one of the country's leaders in steals per game given how many turnovers we've been averaging...but just getting a "W" will be a step in the right direction once again.

Three losses in a row would be hard to explain especially since they against teams which are in the heart of the Rockets' recruiting area.
Rockets' defense had generated five CSU turnovers in first five minutes

UT up 13-5 with 13:21 left
Shooting picking up for UT lead now 18-8 with 12:06 in first half
#3 Trey Lewis 6'2" guard is a tremendous outside shooter/scorer for the Vikings. Drummond has the defensive assignment.
19-10 Rockets with 7:33 in the first half. Both teams in scoring slump
Triple by Williams pushes lead to 24-12 Rockets with 3:42 left in the first half
Rockets working the offense on last possession miss Drummond underneath setting for a three point attempt by Spoon. Not what Coach K was looking for but Rockets take a 28-15 lead into the locker room.
Not bad only giving up 15 points in the half to Cleveland State. They should be very happy with that defensive performance.
Rockets hit their first three shots of the second half inducing a four point play by Juice. Lead 36-18 with 18:06 in regulation
Vikings on a 7-0 run cutting lead 37-26 with 14:29 in regulation
Williams hits a long three followed by Williams forcing a CSU turnover. Assist Boothe to Lauf. Another TO and a fast break dunk by Spoon. Rockets zoom back on top 44-26. 13:05
Another TO by Vikings. Followed by back to back TOs by Rockets. UT up 13 after triple by Lewis of CSU
44-31 with 11: 25 left. Rockets to inbound with 10 seconds on shot clock.
Two free throws by Drummond 46-31 with 10:45
5-0 run by Lewis of CSU 48-36 with 6:40 Vikings' ball following offensive foul on UT.
Ten point game on steal and lay in by CSU
11 of 15 at the foul line for the Rockets. Lead 50-38 with 4:50 to go
