F*** Ray Watts

Bad day for college football fans nation wide.
That's awesome, thanks! What a stooge. I hope the Daddy's Boy paid him handsomely for this betrayal.

Caught this off Joe Webb's instagram...
Here is six minutes of pure agony inside the player meeting: Video

This video shows how much college football means to these boys.
The U of Alabama Board of Trustees is the lowest pond scum on the planet. UAB cannot have a football team due to money, but UA-T can pay Nick Saban $7MM/year (not including his enormous asst coaches' salaries).

This is just not right.

Yea...that's tough to watch. It's an absolute travesty what is happening here.
I have a question. Can UAB staff fire the President and renounce his decision? I know the announcement, but there has to be a way to stop this. I don't know how, but there has to be a way.

That's pathetic, he didn't even try to act like he was listening.

Note the armed bodyguard to protect the 11th-highest-paid university president in America from his own students.
What kind of TV and Radio talk is going on in Birmingham about this right now? Are people mad?

WOW. We get on these message boards and talk about sports and players... it is easy to forget that this stuff is their lives.
Ray Watts Oh hey, it really works!

What has happened at UAB will not be forgotten. Blazer fans can count on that.

Unfortunately, no.

I decided that I would do what our president would not: I stood in the line outside the football building, I shook the hand or patted the shoulder of every player who came out of that door, and I looked every one of them in the eye and either thanked them or apologized.

They're so big and strong, we forget that they're almost still children. Just a few years ago they were still playing with toys. Some of them weren't shaving yet. Some of them still had acne. Most of them were crying.

The adults were supposed to protect them. The adults were supposed to keep evil away. The adults failed them.

I will not rest until Ray L. Watts has paid for this crime.

We've had our differences over the years, but what happened to your beloved football program is nothing short of horrific and downright despicable. It's like seeing somebody you went to school with suddenly pass away after you've graduated high school. This should not stand. I'm glad you were there to give your support. I would've done the same thing if UH suddenly decided to drop football.

#UABForever.

Is that true? Source?
Does he have any support from faculty and staff? I would never accept this Benedict Arnold POS as one of our own if I was a UAB alumn/student. I'd shame him and embarrass him like this every time he made a public appearance.
They should have at least gave UAB supporters a chance to raise money through advance season ticket sales...

I know I would have bought one and then donated it back to the school and I think with a grassroots campaign many fans from other schools would have also. If not I think it would have been easy to get a million fans to donate $10 because this has pissed off a lot of football fans. Not just CUSA fans or UAB fan but from all conferences.

Nope the buttholes didn't want to take any chance on that happening and that alone tells me it wasn't about money.

You can see him right there in the video, just to the left of the smarmy little toad.

You mean the pay part? Right here:
