Who is in the drivers seat for the title in the AAC?
Didn't see a clear story or anything of the like. Standing dont tell you much when there is no title game.
Does anyone here even know?
Can you use google?
UCF, Cincy, and Memphis are tied for 1st. If they all win out they will be co-champs
Not Marshall

And Memphis holds the tie breaker over Cincinnati, so it is really Memphis and UCF; but UCF is in Greenville next week.

If we can't go, I am pulling for Memphis They apparently have a defense.

memphis , cincy and ucf currently tied for first

memphis is all but golden, beat uconn tomorrow and they are a lock for a share, their last game of the season

cincy still has houston and temple cincy will be favored in both but neither are gimme's

ucf haas ecu who will likely be favored to beat them

im guessing you are curious as a marshall fan becuase you want to know who you have to beat out, simple answer is all...all will count as co champs and eligible for the acess if they win out..
There is no tie breaker so it is UC, UCF and Memphis.

What are defenses?

Then if there is no tiebreaker (which I doubt) then ECU can still win the conference; because Cincinnati still has 2 games left (Houston and Temple) and UCF plays at ECU next week. So if Memphis loses tomorrow; UCF loses next week and Cincinnati loses out then ECU is the champion if they win out. Actually Houston could still win the AAC. Here are the conference records:

Memphis 6-1
UCF 6-1
Cincinnati 5-1
ECU 4-2 (Tulsa game is about to be played)
Houston 5-2
I wish every game would end 3-0. Defensive battles are the best.

Correct ECU would share the title with Memphis, UCF and Houston in that scenario.

Skip Holtz is that you? Nice to hear from you again.

With this shutout, UCF now has the 7th best scoring defense in the country. Yes, a lot of that is skewed by opponents and how each individual game plays out, but it can't be a bad thing. Our last three opponents scored 14 total points.
