To not lose by 50?
It would be nice if you guys would get off the damn ledge and put out some support for our basketball team.
I'm watching the game tomorrow night & hoping for a win.

Haase has earned a little bit of my respect back & we have a lot of good players that continue to develop.

These days, anyone can lose. If you play a good game you have a chance. We are UAB and we are never out!
I'm excited for the guys and will be pulling for the "w". Whenever UAB is a massive underdog I like our chances. If that doesn't put a fire into them then I don't know what will.

So was Marshall.
This ain't football. Top 200 teams can beat each other on any given day. I believe in these young men.
Yep. Odds are against us, but miracles can happen. They do frequently in basketball.

We felt the same way last year about New Mexico, and almost pulled it off
One of the perks of basketball is an inspired less-talented team always has a chance. It's what makes basketball fun, at least to this football-first fan.

I was there. I stood in the breezeway with Coach Haase's wife and their unruly 1 year old. That woman wants to win and made be blush. I'm confident Haase and staff are going to throw the kitchen sink against Kaminsky University.

It's not the same at all. Our team last year was better at the same point in the season and New Mexico was nowhere near as good as Wisconsin is at the same point in the season. We stood a reasonable chance in that game. We've looked terrible so far this year. We aren't close to being in Wisconsin's league.

I didn't say it was the same situation. I said the fans felt the same way, or many of them did. That we would be beaten badly.
I definitely didn't have a great feeling that we would win, but I didn't think we'd be blown out either. I'd be utterly surprised by anything but a blowout tomorrow.
Seth Davis is doing our game for TV tomorrow. Also, Andy Katz is there.
Let's win.
