This is the first time UNCW has won consecutive road games since December of 2011.

UNCW's 110 points is the 5th highest total of any team in this young season.

UNCW is # 30 in the country in points/game

UNCW is #17 in the country in field goal percentage

UNCW is #13 in the country in 3pt FG%

Craig Ponder is # 16 in the nation in 3pt %. Dylan Sherwood is #22

Cedric Williams is #53 in blocks per game.

I know it's early in the season, but this is nuts considering we were what, 330th last year? Last year we chalked that number up to having bad shooters, but a lot of it was shot selection. Given that we're shooting well with basically the same crew out there, this is a huge positive for Keatts and the team.
Pressing, getting the ball up the court quickly on defensive rebounds, and guards driving to the basket are the main reasons for the fantastic numbers. I'll bet we've had more layups in these 3 games than we did in any 3 games last year.

Keatts doesn't want these guys to be to mechanical in their approach to the game, and you can just see that they are playing the game and not thinking the game.
You tend to get better shots when you don't do a 3 man weave just inside half court and fire up a crappy shot as the clock expires.
