Love this time of year, with football games and basketball overlapping. As we had a similar thread for FIU, and we won, do not want to break the karma.
On a national stage, La Tech was as relevent as ODU in women's basketball.
Other than that, I have nothing..........
They make great Gumbo down there (for me up there)
Karl Malone was fun to watch with John Stockton.
They've got a cozy little stadium. Just needs an endzone complex.

Look at the tab for the latter website, it says "LA Tech Official Athletic Site". For comparison's sake, ODU's site says "Old Dominion Official Athletic site".
I've heard La Tech fairly frequently. "Louisiana Tech" is kind of a mouthful.
I always liked the light blue-red combo. It's distinctive.

From what I understand, Ruston is not Cajun/Creole country. I made mention of what I thought would be great food at LTU tailgates on the main CUSA board a while ago, and they wanted to talk more about their BBQ.
I'll say this, they are already discussing whether to drive or fly to the CUSA championship game on their board. WOuld love to make them wait another week and sweat it out........would be a great way for TH and AV to pass the baton............

Yeah the VT asses around Richmond like to bring up the Duck Dynasty when I say LT. they don't like to talk too much about Terry Bradshaw. But most VT fans drive around here with there VT stickers on everything and couldn't find the campus if they had too.
