Isn't that why he left his old job.

Pastner wasn't ready for this job when he got it and he hasn't developed in a manner that he should keep it.

He should hit the reset button and start at a program where he has a better chance of really developing.

It's time for a change.

Or maybe you really really luck out and hit a Kevin Ollie or Rick Pitino. You could always luck out and end up with a Mike Anderson type...and the program is still nuked.

Kedren is the one player that could have made a huge difference. What a huge disappointment so far.

We can’t get into game mode having not conditioned hard enough and say we’ve got to get in better shape. It’s too late. We have to do all of that ahead of time. You’ve got to put your seatbelt on before you start the car. You’ve got to get your flu shot before flu season gets going."

Somehow, I don't think this is about conditioning.

I've said it in another thread, I'm torn right now, but want to let the season play out. Even if Coach is fired, the best that we could hope for is that the players left don't transfer, and he can hang on to the recruits. Otherwise it will be several years of misery for us.
