Thanks for the heads up! Going to vote right now!

Voted. Still at 94%

But you know the BoT and legislature don't give a damn.
No but everything positive in our favor sure can't hurt.
It would be an easy choice IF all that is in B'ham went to UAB, and all that is in Tuscaloosa went to Bama (and all that is in Huntsville went to UAH). How many would vote for separation on what would probably be Bama's terms that UAB got only the nonmedical schools and facilities while the medical side remains with the system under UA (and its BOT) control?

As the old adage says, "Be careful what you wish for because you may get it - but in the form you didn't anticipate". There is a commercial running now where the guy gets a wish and asks "for a million bucks" and gets a neighborhood packed with male deer.
Done. Was at 96% to 4% after I voted there.

Yeah, I know.....You're right, it may take some legislative action 03-lmfao or some kind of federal maneuvers, Bell was doing a little political trash talking about them regarding some contractual promises the BOT has made and he intends to make them keep them...Could Bell have some kind of leverage on these scumbags that may make them back the (bleep) off for the time being, at least? Or was he bluffing again?
96% YES!
It is time to "BREAK AWAY". It is time for U of A to finance U of A and for UAB to finance UAB. Why not?

I used to worry about that, but now I say okay. Let them keep it. We could then start our own medical school - UAB School of Medicine. Or we could start a law school, and then maybe we could have more UAB people in the legislature and the courts, and we could break up the political lock down they have.
Done!
96% still when I just voted.
