I just don't understand this at all. Why punish basketball? Unless you are only a fan of UAB football, it makes no sense at all.

Yeah, only being down 8 is a good thing based off how this game went. We came back in the exhibition from a similar deficit, so hopefully our guys come out ready to play. CJ and Brown need to come out and lead this team back in the second half.
I know I'll probably get torn apart for saying this, but this is probably going to be one of the worst UAB basketball seasons ever, if not the worst. We will likely end up in the 200s in the RPI this year and I'm not sure if we have ever done that before.
edit: and yes, im basing that on a game and a half and how young our roster is. I hope I am proven wrong.
