Does anyone know what happened to Marcus Foster and why he isn't on the football team anymore? He is from Troy, Ohio. I think he was a true freshman two years ago, and received some playing time in the secondary.

July 3
CITATION FOR POT: The listed vehicle passed a deputy northbound on Troy Sidney Rd. near E. U.S. Rt. 36. When the truck passed, the deputy observed the front windshield was cracked in several places on the driver’s side. The truck turned east bound on E. U.S. Rt. 36. The deputy turned the cruiser around and initiated a traffic stop at the listed location.
The deputy could smell an odor of marihuana coming from inside the truck. The driver was identified as Mr. Jeremy R. Good. The deputy advised Jeremy why he was stopped and could smell marijuana coming from inside the truck. The deputy asked Jeremy if he had any marijuana. He reached next to the center console and handed the deputy a black/glass marijuana pipe. The deputy asked him if he had any other drugs on him. He went to reach in his pocket and the deputy stopped him and had him exit the truck. Once out of the truck Jeremy handed the deputy a plastic baggy containing marihuana from his right front pocket. Jeremy was cited for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. He was given a warning for the equipment violation and released from the scene.
POT FOUND: A deputy was monitoring traffic from a stationary position on County Road 25-A, just north of the fairgrounds. A deputy observed a vehicle pass my location. As the vehicle passed, the deputy observed it had dark tinted license plate covers on the front and rear license plates. The tint made it impossible to read the license plate. The deputy pulled out from the location and activated the emergency overhead lights and initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle.
The deputy made contact with the driver, later identified as Marcus Foster and informed him of the reason for the stop. As the deputy was speaking with Marcus, he noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The deputy asked Marcus to step out of the vehicle. Once Marcus was outside the vehicle, the deputy informed him that he detected the odor of marijuana. Marcus stated he didn’t know where it was, but all the occupants on the vehicle had been smoking it.
The deputy had Marcus stand with Deputy Ennist, who arrived on scene to assist. The deputy approached the front passenger side and asked the passenger, Zachary Miller, to step out of the vehicle.
Zachary appeared very nervous and his hands were shaking uncontrollably. The deputy informed Zachary of the marijuana odor and asked him if he was in possession of any. Zachary stated he had marijuana in his pocket, and he handed it to me. Zachary informed the deputy that all four occupants of the vehicle had been smoking the marijuana.
The deputy then had the rear seat passengers, later identified as Javon Harrison and Cody May, exit the vehicle. THe deputy performed a pat-down search on Javon and Cody for weapons, and had them stand with Deputy Ennist.
The deputy began a search of the vehicle for other illegal items. The deputy found another small plastic bag, containing marijuana, in the back of the front passenger seat, which was directly in front of Javon. The deputy also found empty cigarillos packages, which had empty tobacco in them. The deputy questioned the individuals about the additional marijuana and the cigarillos. The deputy was informed they were using the cigarillos to smoke the Marijuana in, after the tobacco was emptied out.
The deputy was unable to determine who the second bag of marijuana belonged to.
Once the search was completed, the deputy allowed the individuals back into the vehicle. All four occupants were cited for the use of marijuana since they all confessed to smoking it in the vehicle before the stop. Marcus received an additional traffic citation for the license plate obstruction. The deputy released all of the individuals from the scene. Based on the length of the stop and the demeanor of Javon, the deputy felt he was OK to drive and impairment would not be an issue. The seized evidence was transported to the Miami County Sheriff’s Office and booked into evidence.

That, and the fact that he was never going to see the field in the first place (dude was SLOOOW for a DB), made it an easy decision.

I remember that. Cant remember which game but he had a major collision and never returned. I actually had really high hopes for him.
