Tulane looks a lot better than Temple.. I didn't think Tulane had much at all.. But watching this game tells me they have either improved or something finally clicked for all the freshmen they play.. Their receivers can catch and they have a good running game.. They are consistently in Houston's back field and are running Houston's QB down.. He killed us with his running..

Yep, gonna have to play a lot better than against Temple, to win. Tulane up 31-17 with 3 minutes to go.

Tulane almost cooged it. Houston scored with 1:02 left to pull to 31-24, then recovered an onside kick. Houston drove to the 4, 4th and goal, and Ward threw an interception at the goal line, to end the game.
Alone 1st place in conference...WOW.
