If hes out its a big loss
I just responded about his loss in the Memphis game another thread. It clearly hindered their offense in the second half.
Well, arguably our best offensive player, Sam Craft, was out for the entire game with a broken collarbone. Ask Cincinnati fans about Craft.

And perhaps our 3rd best offensive player, TE/wideout Alan Cross, had a hurt shoulder from last week's game. He played some, but was ineffective. Heck, our best RB is out for the season.

I hate to see anybody get hurt on either side, but injuries happen. The best solution is depth.
We have been without arguably our best RB, Doroland Dorceus, for the entire AAC portion of the season. He won't return at all this season. Our running game would definitely be better if he were still playing.
We in Cincinnati know all about major impact player injuries this year.
Temple lost for several reasons. Besides the many, many receiver drops we had special team blunders, and a costly interception.
Maybe Temple lost b/c Memphis had something to do with a lot of those mistakes. It's not like Temple played on a field by themselves, and still screwed up, lol.

Get out of here with that noise. We all know interceptions and blocked FG's come from the offensive team. Way to lose on your own Temple, that definitely proves you are the better team.
Memphis won because they played just enough better than Temple did to pull out a close win. The loss of Fizpatrick obviously didn't help. Hopefully he'll be ready to go for the PSU game. The thing that surprised me the most about Temple last night was the punting. That hasn't been a weakness for the Owls this season prior to last night.
I hated to see that kid get hurt. He was an exciting player to watch, and always a threat to make a big play. Hope he will return 100% healthy
Yeah, I hate to see anybody get hurt. I wish him a speedy recovery.
Just about this time every season key players go down. The only thing to do is see who steps up their game and rely on them, and find a way to win. If necessary good coaches adjust (their game plan), and good players adapt.

Unfortunately injuries are THE x-factor in sports. Just ask the OKC Thunder.
I don't want to see anyone get hurt, Memphis has had a lot of big injuries too.

Yes, we did just enough to win. We played clock possession and conservative football and then we opened it up on that last drive.
Temple did not have young in the secondary for Memphis' last drive. Find it hard too believe they out of the blue decided to throw better passes and run better routes because they saved their best stuff for last.
Every team has injuries this time of the season. Such is this game.
