In this advert there are no words in English. My wife competes in equine hunter/jumper. On one of their forums they were discussing a couple machines that can help strengthen core muscles and balance. Well looking up videos of some of the machines in action this came up. It is in Japanese but I think it adds a bit of a comical element not understanding what is being said. You can use your imagination for the wording of what is being seen. It takes about 20 seconds to start the video.
