That's the new title UCF has claimed.
Absolutely amazing. This really makes me proud.
"UCF student-athletes are graduating at a higher rate than any other NCAA Division I public institution in the nation.
Based on data released by the NCAA Tuesday, UCF has a Graduation Success Rate (GSR) of 95 percent. That mark puts the Knights in a tie with Boston College for the fifth-best mark in NCAA Division I FBS, trailing only private institutions Notre Dame, Stanford, Duke and Northwestern. UCF's GSR is 11 points above the national average and is also a school record.
Within the State of Florida, UCF is tops among all NCAA Division I institutions. Florida State ranks second at 84 percent, while Florida and USF are both at 83 percent. In the American Athletic Conference, UCF's overall rate is also the top mark. "

That is pretty awesome...all UCF Fans should be very proud!
I'm going to rain on this parade.
GSR is a completely bogus statistic. Invented by the NCAA because of abysmal grad rates.
A study I saw last year had USF's basketball GSR at 88%. Actual USF basketball grad rate at the time? 0%.
Many schools are the same way.
EDIT: Just looked up UCF. Actual grad rate is 54%, which isn't bad at all.
Now look at your men's basketball: GSR is 67%. Actual graduation rate: 0%
