Roger Woods is our verson of Charles Barkley. He's a powerful guy, about the same height as Sir Charles, obviously not quite as heavy, but with ball skills unusual for a guy his size. He has a quick, powerful step to the basket, and will draw a low of fouls.
He can shoot fairly well from outside, and from what I saw yesterday, could play the point guard position if necessary. I don't recall every having a person like him on our roster. Now don't get me wrong. I'm not saying he's Charles Barkley. but maybe an SBC version of him. He'll be fun to watch and will be an impact player for us.
