Remember when they had that insignia on the front of the helmet that said, ATTACK ?

What would it be this year?

I'm going with JUST WAIT.
We are a special kind of bad on defense.
The first deffensive series yesterday was painful. Three third and zip codes they picked up and a successful 4th down get. Resulting in a TD. Then our first offensive series we go three and out. Lucky to get this win.
Total defense is the stat I like because it shows that the entire defense isn't as bad as the secondary. Our lbs and Dline are very good. We have lots of plays for loss, and do get those certain stops when we need EM most. If we play a run heavy team we are in good shape. Sadly there aren't many in the MAC. Wed be okay at stopping ourselves...holding Kareem to a humble 6.5 per carry?

I'm pretty sure my high school's football team defense could perform better than Toledo's D in the MAC. To be fair, I went to the biggest high school in SC and they are the best team in the state this year. Their stadium seats 15k and is bigger than many successful FCS schools in the area. But seriously, how can we recruit like we do and be so bad on that side of the ball? I know our injuries account for some of that, but not that much. As someone else has already said, it's a special kind of bad.
