Be careful what you wish for..your new leader John Swofford was the AD at Carolina when this cheating scheme started..now he's your leader..and his greed knows no bounds ...like the 50million he directed to Raycom (where hisson is president)from ACC tv contract.. Now your conference will be so watered down you'll wish you never joined.."greed and big money ruin sports ....Bobby Jones"
Good Luck following JW wherever his greed leads you..
Gotcha. Yep, you're right, we're really regreting the move.

This is the crap that gives ECU fans a bad wrap. Also, to those schools that left for the ACC please beat UNZs ass every time you play them.
They won't be sorry they left, any more than ECU with CUSA. Every AAC team would jump to ACC in a heartbeat right now.
Can ECU go to the ACC tomorrow?
Good luck in the ACC former BE/American teams. Please beat UNC always! That said hope to meet you guys on the field in the next 5 years rather ECU is in the American, B12, or SEC. Go Pirates!

True, but just personally I'm glad that we're here instead of there.

Better class of people, IMHO.

Although I admit I'd love to have Georgia Tech and Pitt with us. The others… not so much.
Any American school would jump to the ACC . The ACC payout per team is over $ 21 million. However , I don't think their are any openings , so we should all be together until the next round of TV contracts.
as soon as we joined they would all be broke and the only teams left would be crappy old big east schools. lol

so nah, been there done that

All true.

Also true. The addition of Notre Dame + the GOR basically means the ACC bar is closed until further notice (they would open up for Texas, but nobody else)... People who are still interested can check back in 8 years or so and see what's going on. Until then...

"Welcome back Boston College!!"
How many old big east schools that left for the the ACC are ranked in the top 25?

The answer is 0.
Oh Hi guys. Yep the ACC is a blast. Lots of money, much bigger media attention than we ever gotten football wise, playing FSU, Miami and Clemson, we are loving it!02-13-banana
