Any of you guys who have Charter cable, I just called and added the Sports Package that includes Fox College Sports showing today's game. It's only $10 a month. I plan on canceling after the game. Just thought I'd let you all know. It's channel 304 in Bham.
I'm stuck sitting at work, doing nothing at all, with the game recording at home. Debating...do I listen live, or keep myself in media darkness & watch when I get home?

The UAB loss was bad for Comcast... I called and canceled the Sports package as soon as the game ended. Was subscribed for all of 6 hours. Ha

DirecTV charges an "early disconnection fee" of $10 if you don't keep a channel for a month.

I figured I would be charged as well but they told me it would just be prorated but if I change plans on a regular basis, they would start to asses a $2.50 fee each time. Either way, still cheaper than keeping the whole month.
