I found 10, 19, 29, and 31 particularly interesting.

Some very cool stuff here.
Took me a while to find UAB on #26. Hint: it's not under Dragons.

Anybody notice that Troy was left out?
So was Valdosta State...the other Blazers.

I now find myself in moral support of the UC Santa Cruz Banana Slugs and the Evergreen State Geoducks. Wonder if they use live mascots at games?

Found Troy under "self-referential".
other Blazers are under "Fire & Flame"
I found this one most interesting. Compiled by the NY Times, it takes Facebook "likes" and takes the top 3 teams from each Zip Code. Zoom in to see the breakout by percentage.

FHIW Belhaven are the Blazers as well............ ;-) I only know because a friend of mine's son played football there.

#21 was actually pretty interesting talking about the variety of different basketball positions. I wish there was more detail on the actual numbers and derivation of that Node map, but pretty cool.
Really cool set of maps! I have a shirt with the UC Santa Cruz Banana Slugs on it that I got after I saw John Travolta wearing it in "Pulp Fiction." The most interesting map to me was one that showed the concentration of professional players by state

Yeah I wanted to read a lot more information about that one.

In his presentation he goes into the background a little more. Interesting for sure.
