I know a lot of people here like Norton, but I think this has to be Watts' job to lose. I think he will average 24+ mpg and the rest can be split between Norton and Collins. Good notes about Baxter and Calhoun. I hope they both can provide scoring off the bench behind Brown.
So Calhoun might start at point, that ol box in one.
Collins only has a year to play? What happened to the extra year?

Being quite about Hak's transfer concerns me. Also the part where his pg and coach relationship reminds me of XCMD.

I thought that too, until I saw Norton play. He is the truest looking PG we have had in a while.

I think Watts can play the 2 some too, which can add extra minutes for Norton and Collins at PG. I think those are the 2 truest PG's, with Watts and Baxter having the ability to handle the duties if needed.

I'm just thrilled about the prospect of being able to sub guys when they are having off nights this year.
I believe Watts and Norton will be our primary ballhandlers since I see Baxter playing off the ball more. Has anybody seen Collins play yet? If I had to guess, I'd say he doesn't get off the bench very much. Calhoun could use a redshirt year, but I don't know if he will considering the fluid situation at point.
If we run more up tempo like he wants no one will red shirt.
This team needs to be more up tempo. We will get killed in the post and on the boards if we play a Mike Davis type game. We have the depth and versatility to as well, so why not?
I'm guessing we will see that. Haase has wanted to play fast from day 1, but he hasn't had the personnel. At this point, there is no excuse for not doing so. I think we will see the occasional press, half-court trap, etc this year. The past few years we couldn't risk getting guys in foul trouble. Right now, we can't even project a starting 5. I think 10 guys play double digit minutes this year(mehinti, lee, watts, brown, cj, Baxter, Madison, cokley, Norton, and Sullivan). The last two are unknowns right now.
yep
I doubt Calhoun redshirts, but he might play the fewest minutes. I think he'll be a shooter off the bench. I think he will be what we wanted Riddeau to be last year.
