I don't at all compare Novak's situation with Carey. Novak had a proven track record of rebuilding NIU football from the worst program in the nation to one of the best 25. He is a legend and the best coach in NIU history. His last year was tough because he lost the entire team due to injury, literally almost the entire starting group. With Carey, its much more of a proving ground year.

The best part of going through these threads is to see that big black horizontal line through WhiskeyDicks name.
