He also says LA Tech, Rice, MT, Marshall, and UTSA will be our only bowl eligible teams.
Rice and UTSA in bowl games is a little hard to believe. He also has C-USA not filling all of our bowl slots, meaning he doesn't have FIU, North Texas, UAB, or Western Kentucky with six wins. I don't think that will be an issue.
He also says that Michigan State will be in the playoff over a PAC team. I just don't see that happening. Even if the PAC beats each other up, the PAC is a far stronger conference than the B1G.

hmmm, a one loss Oregon v. a one loss MSU; wonder who gets the nod. uhh, wait, they played head-to-head (and it wasn't very close).
Cal in the Independence Bowl would be fun. I wonder if the locals would go watch Sonny Dykes' team play.

I think Marshall will take HOD if they don't get the Access Bowl.

Gildan New Mexico Bowl
(MWC vs. CUSA)
Air Force vs. Louisiana Tech
Wyoming vs. Louisiana Tech

Boca Raton Bowl
(C-USA vs. MAC)
Florida International vs. Buffalo
Marshall vs. Northern Illinois

Popeyes Bahamas Bowl
(C-USA vs. MAC)
Marshall vs. Toledo
North Texas vs. Central Michigan

Hawaii Bowl
(C-USA vs. MWC)
Middle Tennessee vs. Nevada
Middle Tennessee vs. Fresno State

Heart of Dallas Bowl
(Big Ten vs. C-USA)
Maryland vs. UAB
Rutgers vs. UAB
For our fans sake I hope it would the Peach Bowl if we happen to be the representative.

God i hpe not. We got the shaft in 99 by being relegated to playing a ranked byu team. And that was not fitting for the caliber team we had.

If we have this team go 13-0, dominating like we have been, i will seriously be disappointed if we end up in boca raton playing toledo, or another mac school. We need a p5 at the least to dismantle
Well, we would have been the BCS buster in 1999 had the auto bid existed...But I digress..

If Michigan State wins out and Arizona loses one game, MSU will more than likely get a playoff spot. Like you said, the PAC may be a stronger conference which more than likely means Arizona will lose one game. I don't see MSU losing another game in the B1G.
Lots of football to be played. I am getting sick of all the experts throwing this crap out. They have nothing better to do. We can't win. We win out and may not make it to a decent bowl because of our weak schedule. We lose and we are overated and everyone has a good laugh.

Never thought I would see the day where any team goes 11-1 or 10-2 and the season is considered an epic failure.

Sweet Jesus, if Hamrick chooses a bowl game vs the Sun Belt/AAC/MAC over the one bowl game CUSA has vs a P5 conference (HOD vs B1G), it will be really, really hard to ever give back to this program under his leadership ever again.

We absolutely better end up in the HOD bowl. It's the only bowl game CUSA has that's worth a damn.
All I know is somebody's team is going to the Bahama's. Coaches better start getting those player passports ready. Takes like 60 days expedited. Its going to cost 15k - 20k to get passports for all the players, coaches and staff. Costs 110 per and another 25 if they don't have a picture yet.

I hope Tech gets the Heart of Dallas. Nice drive for me from Frisco. I would even let some Tech (6) fans stay at the house so it would not cost them that much to attend.

MT was one of the first teams to start the passport process. I think they'll be lobbying for that spot once they get to 6 wins.

Would Marshall fans rather play a rag tag B10 team the day after Christmas in Dallas, or play an SEC/ACC team in the Happiest Place on Earth, Shreveport, LA?

I would personally go with the Shreveport bowl game, but I thought that game wasn't guaranteed? I thought the HOD bowl was the only P5 guaranteed bowl for CUSA?

Would be nice for UAB though.
That ODU win is doing wonders for the Marshall Program...
