I saw some new faces on defense.
I saw plenty of blitz packages.
I saw an offense that is still potent, we do not drop all the balls in the first half and we are in the game.
With all the rb injuries Ralph gets time at running back.

Negatives

Why is Holton still returning kicks. He does not have the vision, cutback or something in order to be effective.
Why all the injuries? The way we get pushed around and all the subsequent injuries, I think that we are not in shape.
Why are receivers for the other team running without any defensive coverage. It is not the receiver finding a hole in the zone.
Last serious question, has Tubberville lost the team. What is the extent of Gunnar's injury.
I couldn't find any positives
Well, it's mostly because he's the only person who can tackle on our defense, but Jeff Luc is leading the nation in tackles per game (15.5) and is tied for 5th in the NCAA in tackles overall despite having 2 fewer games under his belt than every other player in the top 12.
They do look like they are in poor shape. Injuries certainly pinpoint to that as well as how slow they look as a unit on defense. Guys like Temple, Mouhon, etc look like they've added some bad weight and have lost their explosiveness. That falls on the S &C program and is very concerning because that is an issue that will affect all the players the longer they are on campus and take part in the S&C program.
Positive from last night is TT says he is teaching fundamentals but the team just doesn't execute them. Big load off my mind hearing that.
Huh, what positives.03-banghead
We actually already have multiple threads designed for crapping on the coaches/conference/medical and training staff/players including some which are clearly indicated by their titles. Is it really necessary for the same people to dump essentially the same opinions in this one too?

Fair enough, I probably should not have addressed the point on coverage, but I do not think any of the other points were addressed before 11:36 am.
positives from last night: nobody died
I'm positive I'll have an easier time finding a parking spot.

Traffic out was really easy.
Positive from last night?

Basketball season is one night closer.
Kiel wasn't more seriously injured.

Rod Moore had a few nice runs and the offense scored a rare rushing touchdown.

Thom Brennaman was not calling the game.

What, you haven't yet figured that one of the distiguishinging features of this board is that it is heavily populated by those who aren't happy unless they're unhappy about something
I thought this post was going to be this video.

I enjoyed the game!

Classic Movie Reference.

If only we had a coach like Wally Rigg to pull that off at halftime Saturday night.
Or a kicker like Kathy Ireland.

I heard Ireland played soccer at Ursuline Academy and wanted to be a Bearcat but Rodenberg intervened. 03-shhhh

What a woman. Even today.

So many great lines in Necessary Roughness..."If I wanted a big brother I wouldn't have killed mine."
