Are we going to find ODU exposed, or are they going to make a further statement tonight against the raiders?
I honestly don't know what to think... Just gonna crack some beers and sit, rapt in front of the TV.
I can't recall being this excited to watch a conference game without us in it in ages...
Should be interesting...looking forward to it. In fact, I have been really involved in watching CUSA games this year.
Need ODU to take at least one loss at some point since we don't play them. I'm sure they will, and there's no guarantee it will matter to us if we don't take care of business, but just pointing that out.
How did they only manage 17-3 against Eastern Michigan?

Yeah, with 7 teams in the division (and the resultant two that don't play) how
would the conference handle two that went undefeated? I didn't even think about that because I'm so used to playing everyone in our division.
Anyone know?
Actually if you think about it further it's awkward as hell and may be a real legitimate upper limit on what conferences should hold.... There isn't an excuse really for not playing every team in your division in whatever sport you can think of. Otherwise there ISN'T necessarily a conference champion...

I believe this is solely because charlotte isn't in the league yet. Once they enter it will go back to the way it should be.
I want to see if ODU can pull off another upset. I love watching these new D1A programs beat up on the scrubs that have been here for a while. lol

.... as long as it doesn't happen to us.
MTSU defense is the difference. Rice lost their Qb last week in q1. ODU will struggle va good defense.

Highest ranked - because it boosts the chances of the CUSA champ being the highest ranked G5 champ - but not sure what rankings they would use this year if neither team was in Coaches' Poll. We used BCS rankings in the past (which did provide rankings for all 120 FBS teams).
