Picked UNC last week to beat ECU and picks Ohio St, to beat Cincy by 20..
He loves OSU and Notre Dame. That being said, I wouldn't be shocked to see OSU win by 20 or have a very close game.
I like the AAC but I picked UNC to win last week and OSU to win this week. I'm glad I was wrong last week and I hope I am wrong again.

Phil lives in Cleveland what did you expect.

The Mistake on the Lake
He also keeps picking Marshall to win the Access Slot no matter what happens in actual football games.
Screw him
No, Phil Steele does not like the AAC. He's not unique among his peers. Oh yeah, to use the words of others on here, "the sky is also blue"

He picked unc as a dark horse national champ last year. He is a salesman. Grain of salt on his opinions

This is actually the second year in a row that Steele picked UNC as a dark horse national champion contender.

My favorite Phil Steele pick of all time is one from last year last year when he picked Marshall to be the most improved team in the nation. Mean while Auburn went from being one of the worst teams in the nation all of the way to the national title game, but Steele never corrected his prediction. Reason enough not to buy his stupid magazine.
"I just don't think Phil Steele likes the AAC..."

Ummmm... Guess what... He's pretty typical.

EDIT... Most everyone on this forum picked OSU too... Including me... By a blowout...

He is like most Marshall folks trying to win games on paper. He has always love affair with Marshall.

I actually laughed at his picking UNC over ECU. Didn't he also pick UVa over BYU? Kind of being a P5 homer?
Being on ESPIN sure changes the perspective when it comes to money.

The Mistake on the Lake
Is his business still called "North Coast Sports"?
I picked ECU easy at home vs UNC. It was the perfect set up for ECU.
