The latest college marching band rankings once again have a MAC school's marching band atop the list. A lot of similarities from the 2007 article but I know every MAC fan loves to beat the Big Ten and their arrogant fans so have fun!

Was Condoleeza Rice involved in this voting too?
Michigans marching band is not very good.
I just absolutely LOVE that the Marching 110 is ranked ahead of the band from osu!

lower case letters should always be used when referring to that school.
What do you have against Oklahoma State?

love this quote:

Quote:7. Marching Illini – Illinois State University (Normal, Illinois) – One of the largest collegiate marching bands in the country at 350-plus members, the Marching Illini perform in a more conservative style than some of their Big Ten counterparts, but that doesn’t make their performances any less entertaining. Along with their intricate performances at all Illinois home games, the band traditionally travels to other Big Ten schools each year, and performs an annual indoor concert at the Assembly Hall on campus featuring lighting effects, individual section performances and even comedic routines.

when did Illinois State join the B1G?

I know they used to be good. Who knows now, as you never see halftime shows on TV anymore.

It appears a few of those bands are ranked only because they get to play their famous fight songs.
