After being suspended last year for stomping on an Auburn player Day was at it again on Saturday twice stomping on two LSU players. So what does MSU do, slapped his hand and suspends him one game. Maybe it is as some are say that this type of play is taught at MSU and the staff takes action only when their hands are tied and then only minimal action.
Pretty tough to prove it was intentional.

The SEC suspended him.

Except for the video evidence showing him going out of his way to do it. Oh, and his history of doing this exact thing.

running down field and blocking is going out of his way? strange, I always thought the 1 job an OLinemen had was to block

No it is the part that showed him coming down with both feet almost together right in the guys chest. If you are running down field your feet are not going to come down like that. It looked almost like a jump stop in basketball.
he's a 300 lb OLinemen. Not someone I would expect to be overly agile.

Don't worry about him.

He still thinks Tony Stewart is guilty.

Which would support the fact that it was intentional. Here is a guy who is not agile. His feet would be less likely to come together for a two foot stomp unless it was intentional. When you stumbling you do not bring your feet together. You give yourself a wider base.

The legal system does not decided if you did something or not. It only decides if there is enough evidence to prove it.
