ODU @ Rice
Marshall @ Akron
Nicholls St. @ UNT
Louisville @ FIU
FAU @ Wyoming
Northwestern St. @ LaTech
Appalachian St. @ USM
MTSU @ Memphis
FAU needs to take that game. Would be huge to be 2-2 going into conference play while taking out an AAC and Mountain West team. Will be a tall order going there to win but they may be up for it.
Wyoming played well for about a quarter against Oregon. Wyoming actually scored the first TD of the game in the 1st quarter before Oregon started laying the wood to them in the 2nd quarter.
USM can not lose!!!!
No pressure.

that's the only game that would give me pause, but I do believe I saw some improvement from USM against Alabama
I am a little worried about Memphis now. We have dominated them so much lately they are going to play with a real chip this week to end the series with a shred of dignity. Add in the fact that they have two weeks to prepare and we're coming off a roller coaster ride against a rival, it may not set up well for us.

Memphis looks like the real deal this year, should be a very good game
I feel for FIU... Louisville is going to come into that game PISSED over that Virginia loss... that could get very ugly as they try to flex their offensive muscles. If I'm FIU, I'm trying to copy Virginia's game plan, see if lightening can strike twice!
WKU can't lose!

I call this week a win.

We will see. I am not ready to say that based of a AA win and 'moral victory'. I don't know how good they are but like I said above, I don't like the set up for us this time even if they aren't the real deal.

Better check on that field. They like to mow their field "Very High".

It's just a football game. Come on down to 38104 and enjoy the Cooper-Young/Overton Square area, and check out Tiger Lane:

Yeah, one white kid gets beat up and everyone freaks out.

Memphis mother killed by domestic violence and that doesn't make national news...but hey, she's black so I guess that crime doesn't count.

So typical.

Try 3 miles, and that's a long way in a city...that said, I'm not about to freak out because someone got beat up at the Kroger on a saturday night.

Domestic violence happens all the time white and black all over the country. So there is no news there. And stop trying to turn everything into a race issue. That's the city of Memphis's main problem. They are obsessed with race! They can't see past it everything revolves around it and that is why it's the crap hole it is.
Interesting. Every team on the road this week.

Gonna be a bad week.

Wins:
Marshall
MTSU
UNT
La Tech.

We finally lose to another g5 thi week.
