It is finally here, a home game for me. I moved to Cincinnati in 2001, so even Toledo home games have been road games for me. Looking forward to making the 5 minute drive down to Paul Brown Stadium later today.

I have been looking forward to this game for quite awhile. Hoping the Rockets can even up the series with the Bearcats at 4 a piece. UC won the first 4, UT has won the last 3. I like having the bragging rights.

I liked UT's chances before the season and even more after the last 2 1/2 quarters of the UNH game, but after last week and all the injuries, I am not so sure. As i have mentioned previously, UC's WRs scare me, especially against the Rocket secondary. I have been listening to the UC coverage the last few weeks. They claim to have 8 WRs that could start. One of whom is Shaq Washington from Maple Heights, whom I personally saw go ballistic against my Knights in the OHSAA playoffs. They have another WR that is listed at 6'7". I would love to see the Rockets come out and run the ball, own TOP, and keep UC's offense off the field. Why did Kareem only get 15 carries last week, when he was averaging 9.9 yards per? Why only 3 carries for DJM, he hits the hole so quickly. Looking forward to seeing what Julian can do, I think he has potential to be a star.

Regardless, should be a great day for tailgating & football. UTCharger73, Mrs UTCharger73, & I will be setting up our tailgate in a few hours, any Rocket fans that are coming to the game, should stop on by. We are doing it Cincinnati Style!!! Go Rockets!!!

EDO!
Ill be there around 2:30. What lot?
Who is our starting qb?

For those coming in around 5 -- meters in cincy are free after 5. That will save you some $$$ on parking.
Quarterback, shmuarterback. All we need is for the offense to get the ball into field goal range and JD will take it from there.

It worked the last time we played Cinci! 03-lmfao

Since I cannot find the name of the staring QB published anywhere, I hope Cinci has been preparing to see Dwight Macon as the main man.
UPDATE (from your friendly bearcat fan)
UC's student tickets have sold out for the Toledo game at PBS> Overflow tickets are being given out to students for free for a reserved location in the stadium. The school has chartered 35-40 buses to help get students down/back from the game.

Should be a great game atmosphere and weather for the game at Paul Brown Stadium tonight.

You forgot to add that you need to get in FG range and for UC to play Munchie at QB most of the night.. you need those Defensive TDs from him too!... The only game that makes me more sick than that one is the USF game last year... Toledo is at least known to take down ranked opponents at the Glass Bowl

HUGE ACCIDENT IN MIDDLETOWN. NO TRAFFIC GOING THROUGH

For those in the north coming down you can avoid this by getting off at Exit 38 (SR 73). Take 73 all the way until you find I-71S (this is approximately 10 miles). You can travel on I-71S all the way to the stadium. You will see signs off I-71 directing you to Paul Brown Stadium.
As of 2:13pm Today, southbound has been opened back up... but damage is done traffic wise

I-75 southbound has reopened in Warren County following what officials are describing as a "critical incident." I-75 northbound remains closed near State Route 122.

Drivers on northbound I-75 in Monroe can exit at SR 63.
The Ohio Department transportation cites the road closure for an "unusual incident."
An official from the Hamilton post in Butler County of the Ohio State Highway Patrol identified the closure as a "critical incident."
The highway patrol will address the media shortly with further details.
What is an "unusual incident" or "critical incident"?

Tad jealous you guys have the old three letter chant followed by the last three letters. My high school did that, big crowd favorite. But Illinois does it, so I guess now I don't like it.

Hope the Rockets can represent that conference well tonight. You guys bringing a nice contingent down to Cincy?
I bet its softened from last week's big loss.
