Has anyone heard how the ticket sales are going for the game?
I haven't seen anything, but you can check the new ticketing site and see some of the seats available in sections 1, 2, 3. There are a free hundred (as of at least a couple days ago) still available in each section. And I'm sure there are some more they are not showing online.

Lots available it looks to me. All in the corners to the 20. But what is on TV looks like it is gone.

3,000 wont last long. As others talk about going to the game others will want to join in the fun. One thing I have noticed is that they continue to push the fan plan which you can get for just $40 dollars more for the entire season.
Yeah I got fan plan seats. My mom is a retired employee so for $35 each they were a steal!
Can't believe 2K remain...they all should have been gone early in the week. Hope the students show up in full force.

seems it should have been sold out by now. Id assume since its a day game- the students will be there in full force and some might even be turned away.
I don't know what the maximum capacity is at the Glass Bowl anymore since the Fire Marshall prohibited the use of those temporary bleachers behind the north end zone and on the south and south-east portions of the concourse but if we can't reach that new max whatever it is with this game, then we are in pretty sad shape. Especially if the MIZZOU fans who were talking about bringing 3000 fans and filling up sections 25, 26 & 27 weren't just blowing hot air.
Mizzou at noon isn't like the best as it gets in the Glass Bowl. If it rains in the morning and no sororities go, I don't expect 26,260. I mean that Boise game wasn't a sell out but it was a great crowd? 25k will look full. Lets just keep our fans inside the stadium for the whole game!! I think BG at night would outdraw this game for sure. So would lots of big10 teams or higher ranked opponents.

I agree that the Boise attendance could have/should have been better considering their statue at that time (and Cincinnati and Navy as well) , but I would think that the "Return of Pinkel" angle along with the SEC aura should generate a bit of extra excitement.

Agree that fans should stay to the end in honor of the team. Just how do you suggest that be done short of locking everyone inside the. Glass Bowl?

Not trying to be too much of a smart azz here...but...really? They are a top 25 SEC team coming to a MAC stadium. Who do we have on the schedule that is a better draw? BG? I guess, but it's a rivalry that is also aided by the close proximity of the 2 schools. If we cant sell this game out rain or shine, we have no business talking about stadium expansion, bigger conferences, etc. This is the type of game that the casual fan should be excited about and want to attend. We are talking 26k tickets...that's not a large amount considering the size of Toledo and surrounding areas.

From looking at the website, it looks like a 1000 or so based on a visual look of the sections
Just heard the game is sold out. I haven't confirmed that.

In reading this post and another about Mizzou, you don't think too highly of them... not that you need to, but I find it interesting. You do realize they were about 8 minutes from winning the SEC Championship and playing for the BCS Championship last year... Just saying.

Not that any of it matters now. And as I've said over and over, I'm nervous about tomorrow, as I think you (Toledo) could definitely win. I'd think that would make for as exciting of a game as you've had in a few years.
