C-USA has put together a pretty impressive national broadcast list that stacks up pretty favorably next to the ACC list. Both reach coast-to-coast with streaming to fill in the voids. There are many non-Sinclair affiliates and also two regional sports networks in NESN and Cox Sports Net. If ASN can put together a Roku / AppleTV streaming and computer/mobile app then they will be on to something. ACC affiliates reach 80 million similar to ESPNU? where the CUSA affiliates reach around 50 million similar to CBS Sports Network?

TXA 21 in Dallas will be airing Sinclaire games this fall. I don't know if they are still part of the ACC Raycom package anymore.

Yes, it looks like they still carry the ACC games:

I wonder if nesn will show the game nationwide or if it will be blacked out outside new England

This sounded like the single most accurate breakdown of the upcoming college football season I'd read.

Generally college games are not blacked out on RSN's. Only MLB, NBA, and NHL games.

Big East games on MASN and SNY were shown locally here in Louisville even when the local ABC affiliate had rights to air the games.

You must have seen some of Raycom's ACC broadcasts in the past.
"Sinclair markets is now projected to reach approximately 83 million households for select games

83 million households is more than CBSSN, NBCSN, and ESPNU. Rivals the ACC Network and ESPN2

I'm just gonna say, I'm not going to complain, every week I've been able to find 3 to 5 C-USA games each week on Dish somewhere, whether it's been FOX, ASN, ESPN or CBS.

ASN has to ramp up their production values a bit though... was kind of weird when I'm watching the pre-game and the audio is the actual stadium announcements and such (think it was before the USM/App State game).
CUSA commish Banowsky has done a good job. I've seen more CUSA games on TV now than I ever have before.
I have been impressed with all the games Sinclair has shown in the Raleigh area. C-USA is at least providing cord cutters with some college football.
I've only seen one game, it was of bad production value, but it was nice to see a game anyway. I wish I didn't have to search all over though for their stations and schedule, and I had to watch tape delayed real late... Its still a long way from the quality and convenience of national broadcast carriers, but is a VAST improvement over no coverage!

I've seen most of the C-USA ASN broadcasts and the productions have been pretty good. One thing I enjoy about them is that the announcers are not constantly shilling for the other conferences, which happened a lot back when C-USA games were on espn.

Very easy for fans of C-USA schools to find their games but the casual fan just looking for a game, they would have a search on their hands. I've seen several games on rsn's on DirecTV and I can find those by doing the football search, which is very helpful.
Watched a Charlotte Elon game on local TV in Greenville. Do not know if that was because of SoCoN or CAA* OR CUSA.

*Can't keep up with what conference they are in.

I think CUSA needs to find away to get back on ESPN when we were in CUSA it hurt our fan base not be able to find games easier. The exposure on ESPN just this year has made a huge difference for East Carolina.

The home school controls the TV...so it would be a CUSA Sinclair game. BTW, I was able able to watch CUSA games in September OTA from the Syracuse TV station about 75 miles away at my lakehouse. If you CUSA fans don't have an HDTV antenna set up...you might consider it. #CutTheCord

ESPN has more inventory than it can handle. It's letting CBSSN take some AAC games off it's hands. It dumps a lot of inventory (not AAC) to espn3. No room for C-USA unless our schools are willing to play at midnight on Tuesday. No thanks to that. Otherwise, yes, espn gets the most exposure.

I agree with this but I think better production will come as ASN establishes itself more. But CUSA Football TV coverage is night and day from last year and that is a big positive regardless of the production.

Totally disagree. There is enough TV coverage now that CUSA doesn't have to rely on ESPN anymore. Add to that, CUSA fans don't have to deal with the constant P-5 talk during a football game unless a CUSA program is playing a P-5 program.

It isn't difficult to find the games because most games are shown on local channels. The reason why it was difficult to find CUSA Football games on TV last year was because it wasn't that many on TV in the first place. Or you needed to purchase a sports tier package to view CBS College Sports or Fox Sports 1.
In Charleston we have ACC games on our CBS and C-USA usually on our My affiliate. They carry most of the games, but some aren't aired because they also do the SoCon, Big South, and even some CAA games.
Who are the announcers on ASN games? We don't get it here and am curious.
