It's tough looking into the future, but regardless of what happens this year I'm pretty excited at the freshman class potential.
I think this team can be really good this year. We have significantly upgraded at all positions except maybe at point. We have really good options at point guard. Denzell will be a year better and norton may be the guy especially after a good performance in Spain. With Chad gone CJ can go back to dominating like he did the first few games of last year. Robert Brown former 4 star recruit who has had a year to learn the system could put up frazier type numbers. Tosin will be able to more than make up for FOZ if he stays out of foul trouble.

Lee, Sullivan, Coxley, Calhoun were all stars and should be ready to contribute immediately. Collins is kind of an unknown. And Madison will pick up where he left off. There will be a lot of talent on the team and I think they will gel quickly with Spain and the Bahamas early in the season.
By the end of the season this year's squad will be a better team than last year. The talent is so much better across the board.
Rucker finished ahead of Swing in FT percentage last season (.697 to .696).

CJ has to make more than 49 free throws this season.
We COULD be GOOD this year (I use making the NCAA tournament as a GOOD year). I'm not counting on it, however. There are just too many variables and unknowns. I am definitely counting on next years team being GOOD. Barring injuries, famine, or other disaster, if next years team isn't in the tourney, I think you can make a pretty solid verdict on Haase as a coach. This season will be quite telling in that regard also.

I agree. We were petering out at the end of last year and way too dependent on Frazier. We are going to struggle big time at the beginning of the year. But we will be harder to defend because Frazier won't be the be-all and end-all of our offense.

We will be more of a team this year instead of a one man team
