This comparison makes no sense. Why would these cartels send rockets into a country they sell their product too? It would be bad for business. Where as hamas feels its good for their 'business' to send rockets into isreael.

We can resolve that attempted deflection quite easily with a different and believable scenario.

We round up 20 million illegals and send them back to Mexico. The Mexican government can't handle them, and Mexico turns into anarchy. Into the resulting void steps al-Qaeda, and it's al-Qaeda instead of drug lords who are sending in the rockets.

Thats an even more absurd scenario. How could a radical islamic terroist group (which cant even control an islamic country anymore) take control over the 11th largest country population wise that over 90% christian thats on the other side of the world.

Theres no point in playing the what if game, when the scenario is a joke.

Al qaeda isnt taking over Mexico, and the cartels arent going to mess with their profits by picking a fight they know they cant win.

I hope that as nation that values life... we would seek to understand what is making the cartels so angry...I would hope that we would try to talk to the cartels...to understand the cartels and to make every effort to apologize for what we have done wrong to the cartels...

I am not a pacifist... I know this might not appease the cartels...

We would then shoot at them with water cannons...maybe even smoke bombs... to get them away from there rocket launchers...
