tulane as a party school is no surprise as the only major university in the city where mardi gras never ends
i wont turn down the Houston sober thing as it'll probably be a good thing for academic reputation but as someone who is around the school, i highly doubt we beat some strict religious schools and are a top 20 sober university national (out of thousands)..we are literally one of the few schools that openly sells alcohol at all events.
honestly houston isnt a party school because no one parties on campus, we are located in a huge metropolitan city, literally everyone who parties just goes out into the party side of the city which is 10 minutes away. notice how all the public schools that are on the list are in huge cities (new york, dlalas, oakland/sanfran)

god I'm so glad ECU found a way to escape these stupid party school lists. I remember when I was in school we were like #3 on the Playboy list.
