We've been speculating with these Rank the Big East threads after each week for two months now. ;-)
In case you weren't aware, the rankings change slightly with each week based upon the 'new' information.

I agree. I think we could be next year's Rutgers.

esp. with our schedule...we finally play an easier schedule and with the team we have coming back, 8 or 9 wins is expected from most of the fans I know....

Ya gotta love 3 people ranking WVU over Louisville after a 10 point win over WVU.

UL also lost to a Rutgers team that just got blasted by Cincinnati. On a neutral field or in Morgantown I would take my chances with WVU.
Besides, everyone has UC ranked over Pitt, despite the fact that Pitt dominated them.

on the Pitt/UC note...UC is not the same team that played Pitt (maybe Pitt's better now as well, I do not pretend to know) but speaking for UC, we really started to gel sometime after the Pitt game and I'd like our chances vs. Pitt now.....of course, it doens't matter, Pitt beat us. I'm just saying, UC is hot right now, WVA game aside. (as I said in another thread, I knew you wouldn't lose two in a row, and at home).

As a neutral fan (UC) I'd take WVU on a neutral field versus anyone in the country including O$U and Michigan. Slaton and White are unstopable together. I think UL's crowd was a huge factor in their game.

Too bad that ain't gonna mean a damn thing for the Big East title.

Yeah...our crowd striped the ball from Slaton in the 2nd half.
LMAO!!!!!

UC would hammer Pitt at Nippert if they played now. UC took a month or so to mature. Pitt is still a solid squad though.
