Still crowing about that 2010 game.... What about 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012 & 2013? Otherwise it's a nice video.
Interesting video.
Still trying to figure out, "Whose House?"

You only have 4 wins in Statesboro, 2 of them during our worst seasons ever. Don't even try to act like you own us in Paulson.
The point of the video was to get some exciting radio calls on it.

If that game had ended with us taking a knee at the end of regulation it wouldn't have been in the video.

In case you are being serious: A traditional cheer that came from an Erk'ism. He referred to Paulson Stadium as "Our House". One side of the stadium will shout "Whose House?" this and the other answers with "Our House".

I know, it's a hard win there.
Us being 7-2 against GaSo in last nine years we should have more wins there.-
Like the lower rent candidate said, it's too darn tough there.

Was really referring to us trying to make it our house. As we both made Chattanooga our houses. Like I said, us being 7 wins and 2 losses in the last nine years against Georgia Southern we should do better in Statesboro. Home games definitely seems like an advantage for both of us. You have the same number of wins in Boone as we do there.
at least we aren't UTC, Who's house? 03-lmfao

Great video of some of our greatest memories. Still wondering what they will show on the new video board to introduce the team. Hope it is epic. 02-13-banana 04-cheers

2008 was a tough one, and 2009 we got beat. 2011 & 2012 have been debated enough on these boards. Video replay would have made the difference in those games. 2013 and our staff of short timers couldn't put a game plan together until the final game of the year.

We could be crowing about the 2004 game, what's your point?

It was an epic ending to a game no matter how you look at it, especially when we're in OT with the #1 in the country after going down 2 TD's early and holding you scoreless the rest of the game. The ending is why you see that over and over.

Are you saying that your football staff knew they were leaving GaSo long before the end of the year?

Not necessarily that, but there was definitely gameplanning issues last year. We had a major stretch of the season where we had no cohesive offensive approach in our games. At times it looked like we were just throwing darts at the playbook to pick plays. There was some friction in the offensive staff as well as the overall coaching staff....it was headed down a bad road.

Yeah, but by the end of the year GaSo had so many injuries you were probably playing players that the coaches had no idea would ever see the field.

You can still have a good gameplan based on your personnel.

Against Furman, we stuck an OL with an ineligible number out at slot WR because apparently we saw something in their defense that would let him run wild blocking or something like that. He could never catch a forward pass so there was no reason to cover him downfield. I don't even really recall using him as a lead blocker all that much since he was on the field side of the ball and we typically run into the boundary.

That was infuriating. I'm also curious to see how many delay of game penalties we had. Seems like we could never get the right guys on the field. Seems like one coach would try to sub in a player package, the other coach would wave the original guys back onto the field, lots of standing around arms in the air saying "what am I supposed to do, coach??"
Sounds as if game management may have not been good, but imagine
so many players out or injured may have had some effect.
That Furman lineman, Dakota, was one player when we missed out on
him I knew that they had a really good one.

Especially in the game against you guys. Our opening scoring drive was a thing of beauty the ball touched 6 or 7 different guys and we scored with ease. Then McKinnon got hurt and came out and for whatever reason we decided to call the same 3 plays over and over again the rest of the game. Had me scratching my head and the defense was a whole different story, ew.

Always thought our defense played the first series real vanilla to see what the other team was going to do. At least it helps feeling that way when a team comes on and scores early on us.
Besides, if we hadn't let you guys have that early touchdown think how much worse the final score would of been than the 38-14.
