disguising yourself (which is what this) for the picture in your photo id defeats the whole purpose of having a photo id in the first place.

This will trigger a crisis in government in terms of ID. If you are a male then you must appear as a male, in the same way you can't wear a costume to take your pic. It's essentially deception.
If you want to take your pic as a female then you need to get your tube cut off and change your legal identity.
There is nothing discriminatory here.

And in Minnesota they have private companies who are set up as places to renew tabs, licenses, etc.... Every year I renew my tabs in about 10 minutes.
Don't get me started on NY's crappy DMV

yeah, you've got to go a good longs ways before anyone gets there. I've always equated a trip to the DMV with getting a root canal.
we should be allowed to bring a random picture of our choice for our DL. otherwise, it's just the man holding us down.
A good friend of mine and I were sitting in the Zocalo in VeraCruz Mexico drinking Dos XX's when this adams apple protruding tranny walks over to start talking to us. It had a low cut top on, so my buddy finishes a swallow of his beer looks up at the tranny and says " Nice t.i.t.s dude"
Saw this on the local news this morning here at work. Me, my boss and 3 or 4 co-workers laughed for a good 10 minutes and are still making jokes about him/ her. Heck, I hope they keep parading froots like this out there. Its a great source of free entertainment.

There was a circuit court case on that in 06 or 05. You can't wear a Hijab or anything that obstructs a clear and representative likeness.
