We went to the home of the teen throwing punches.
"Nobody was waiting. I don't have to talk to you. It'll all come out in court," a woman at the door told 19 Action News.
The victim's mom and dad want justice. They say their daughter never said anything to provoke the beating. Dad says he even tried talking to the other girl's grandfather instead of calling police.
But now, a First District Detective is working the case. Hate crime or not, it's a vicious attack.

The girl needs only one thing....Parents of decent character. She is a victim of her own family. The ones the need to be charged with the hate crime were sitting on the porch videoing this incident. Really sad.[/i]

I think hate crimes is a dumb term used to make people feel better about themselves. The crime was assault and battery. The motive behind the crime shouldn't matter. Makes me think of thought crimes from 1984.

I agree. I do however believe that mitigating circumstances can be taken into consideration in the process of sentencing crimes.
Sad reality of the culture and indoctrination that this black family practices on a daily basis.
Just glad the white girl didn't rise up and beat the racists a**. Because then the black family would suggest the that they were a victim of Stand your Ground.
