Of This Administration”…

Uh Joe, how is that big boast working out for you?

Quote:BIDEN (2/11/2010): I am very optimistic about Iraq. I think it’s gonna be one of the great achievements of this administration. You’re gonna see 90,000 troops come marching home by the end of the summer. You’re gonna see a stable Iraq that is actually moving toward a representative government…I’ve been impressed by how they’ve been deciding to use the political process rather than guns to settle their differences.”

Biden lives in perpetual Opposite Day.
Theyre all delusional.
Kinda like..."Mission Accomplished"...I suppose.

That's what it sounds like. Though of course, if peace and prosperity for Iraq were the mission goal, I'm not optimistic we'd ever get there, unless we propped up a new dictator willing to use ruthless methods to get things under control.

More and more we see the wisdom of leaving well enough alone in the first Iraq War...
Heard this morning that the WH denied request for air support and drone strikes last week when the insurgents were massing. This admin is so dead set on bragging about getting out of Iraq that they are willing to let it be overrun by jihadist instead of helping ensure that has a fighting chance.
Most VP's are fairly invisible, but I can't recall any VP being as invisible as this guy. He says stupid **** all the time though, so I wouldn't be surprised if that is intentional.
Riding the train in from Connecticut is an accomplishment for this guy.

I thought Cheney was more invisible. In fact that was the joke, right?

Although when Biden gets attention, it's inevitably for playing the fool.

Cheney was invisible a lot too, but he got a decent amount of run around the Iraq war because Haliburton got so many of the contracts.
Please, Joe.

Run for president.

Please, please, please.

I bet if we passed the hat, we could come up with a decent campaign contribution.
the sad part is, it probably is one of his greater achievements. it's just that his greatest achievements are actually his lesser disasters.

the uss abraham lincoln's mission was accomplished. if you actually read the words of the speech (there is an idea) he gave from the flight deck of that ship, he says precisely that -- he also specifically and clearly says that the WoT isn't over.

but pictures are easier to understand for a country that is dangerously close to illiterate, and an MSM that had a hard on for the guy.
