This looks like a great decision. I have posted the article; a link to a screen where you can see the options available including season tickets and individual games; and lastly a screen for purchasing tickets to the Missouri Tigers game at home as an example.

The company proabably has statistics on cost and additional revenue that Mike O'Brien and team took into consideration, but I have a feeling that UT will sell more tickets with an easy to use system like this.
Needs work. Tried to order 2 fan plans and it wouldn't bring up a view of the stadium to view the sections in order to make a selection. The view stadium seating option didn't work. Who tests these things before bringing them into a production environment?

Are you kidding? They hired topnotch professionals- theguys who did the Affordable Health Care rollout, since they were done with that. How could anything go wrong?

Ticket Return works better on some systems than others. I've used it to order both Charlotte Knights tickets and Toledo Mud Hens tickets. When I use it at home with Google Chrome on my Chromebook, it works without any issues. If I try it at work using Internet Explorer (not sure which version, but not the most recent), then I run into issues.

I'm home now and just did what you were trying to do and it brought up the stadium seating chart in a separate window.
Glad to see we get BG at a time and day when we can be assured of great ticket sales and attendance. f'ing unbelievable they do this crap every year to us to ensure we don't get more ticket revenue. I thought a decision was made awhile ago to play this rivalry game in September or early October. What did that last - all of 2 seasons?
Essentially - our last home game is October 25th when they managed to be able to schedule UMass on a Saturday at 2pm.
